In addition, she participated in The Next Iron Chef Season Four in 2011, where she came in third. She was eliminated from the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. After The next Iron Chef's 4th season, she was appointed sous-chef by Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she became the host of Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli where she mentors the students in a small class teaching them how to reinvent classic dishes.
